Express Your Health
BUPA
I partnered with Bupa on the global “Express Your Health” campaign, a powerful initiative that uses creativity to spark more open, honest, and compassionate conversations about personal health experiences.
The final artwork was hand-painted by Global Street Art as part of one of Europe’s largest murals, spanning 773 square metres, roughly the size of 29 London double-decker buses. My work sits alongside 21 other artists and creators from around the world, transforming individual experiences into a striking public statement that invites thousands to pause, reflect, and start conversations about their own well-being.

Main Artwork

The title of this artwork is Mawazo, a Swahili word loosely translated as "reverie" or "being in a musing state."
My final piece explores health through layering digital and natural forms.
Developed reflectively, its shapes and palette articulate how the environment shapes our sense of wellbeing.

My Health Story
Spending so much time working digitally, I started to feel removed from the physical world.
Turning to plants was a way to ground myself again.
What started as a small addition to my workspace soon evolved into creating terrariums and maintaining indoor ecosystems, spaces that required patience and care.
Recently, I took it further by starting home gardening.
Through this, I became more aware of water as an essential part of growth, which shifted my perspective.
